Ingredients:
- 4 Large Bell peppers (any color)
- 1 Cup Cooked quinoa
- 2 Cups Mixed vegetables (onions, carrots, spinach)
- 1 Can Tomato sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Optional: 1 Cup Cheese
